Know a school that still runs on registers and spreadsheets? Share your unique xtraclasses link. When that school completes onboarding and pays, you earn twenty percent of the onboarding amount — paid by UPI.
Who can join
Teachers, principals, parents, tutors, institute owners, or friends of a school — if you have an xtraclasses account, you can share your link and earn.
Already on the ERP? Open Settings → Refer & Earn, copy your link, and share it with peer schools.
Students, parents and teachers on the mobile app get the same Refer & Earn option with a unique shareable code.

How it works
Your link collects the school's details. Our team picks the plan and sends the payment link — the same onboarding process schools already use.
In school Settings or the mobile app, open Refer & Earn. Your personal code and web URL are generated once and ready to share.
Send the link on WhatsApp, email or in person. The school owner opens it and fills the same details we ask at onboarding — name, owner, contact, address and GSTIN if any.
Our admin reviews the submission, selects the right plan, and generates the payment link. When the school pays and goes live, the referral counts as successful.
You earn 20% of that onboarding amount. We pay you manually by UPI and mark the reward as paid in your Refer & Earn status list.
How you earn
Submitting a form is not enough. Reward is released after the school's first onboarding payment succeeds.
Commission is calculated on the onboarding amount the school pays (after any discounts). Free or zero-price plans do not qualify.
Your reward is 20% of whatever onboarding amount the school pays — no fixed payout figure.
Paid manually by UPI after confirmation. Keep your UPI ID updated where asked.
The current program rewards the first successful onboarding only — not renewals or upgrades.

Your Refer & Earn screen lists each school you referred and where they are in the journey — so you always know when a payout is due.
Programme rules
The referral code on the school's submission is the one that earns. Duplicate or self-referrals are not paid.
Reward applies to the first successful paid onboarding. Free plans and unpaid trials do not earn commission.
The standard rate is 20% and is configurable. Any change is communicated; existing pending rewards honour the rate at conversion.
xtraclasses pays referrers by UPI after verification. Always use a valid UPI ID for faster settlement.
Questions
Log in to your school account and open Settings → Refer & Earn, or use the same option in the mobile app. A unique code and shareable web URL are created for you automatically.
After the referred school completes its onboarding payment and becomes active. Our team then settles your 20% reward manually by UPI and updates the status to Paid.
No. The shared page only collects school details. An xtraclasses admin selects the plan and generates the payment link — the same process used for normal onboarding.
Yes. There is no cap on the number of schools you can refer. Each successful paid onboarding earns a separate commission against your code.
No commission is due until onboarding payment succeeds. You can still see the lead as Submitted or Payment pending in your referral list.
Commission is based on the onboarding amount the school pays for the plan (after discounts). Tax treatment follows xtraclasses billing policy and will be shown clearly when your reward is calculated.
