How quickly will someone reply?
School ERP demo requests are answered the same working day. Student and parent support takes about one working day, and tutor listings or partnership enquiries up to two. Messages sent on Sunday are picked up Monday morning.
I can't log in to my account. What should I do?
Try reset password first — most login problems are solved that way in under a minute. If the reset email doesn't arrive, check spam, then message us on WhatsApp with your registered phone number and we'll sort it manually.
How much does the school ERP cost?
It depends on your student count. All modules are included at every size — there are no per-module charges and no setup fee. Book a demo and we'll send a written quotation for your school rather than a number over the phone.
Do students or parents pay anything?
No. Study material, previous year papers, searching for tutors and messaging them are all free. Whatever you agree with a tutor is paid directly to them — we take no commission.
How do I list myself as a tutor?
Start at Find Tutors and register — it takes about ten minutes and there's no listing fee. We verify your ID and qualification before the profile goes live, usually within two working days.
I found a mistake in a chapter or a paper.
Please do tell us — corrections are prioritised over almost everything else. Send the board, class, subject and chapter or year, and a screenshot if you can. WhatsApp is the fastest route for this.
Can I visit your office?
Yes, by appointment. Call ahead on +91 94585 49015 so the right person is in the office rather than out at a school. We're in Sector-1, Greater Noida West, open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Do you support schools outside Uttar Pradesh?
Yes. The ERP is cloud-based, so onboarding, training and support all work remotely anywhere in India. Our office is in Greater Noida West, but a school's location doesn't limit anything.
