• Honor commitments made to students regarding scheduling, pricing, and services

We reserve the right to verify tutor and institute credentials and may remove profiles that do not meet our standards or violate these Terms.

7. Payments and Refunds

Some services on the Platform may require payment. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all fees associated with services you purchase.

7.2 Refund Policy

We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes, exam results, or academic performance. The Platform facilitates connections between students and educators but does not guarantee the quality or effectiveness of educational services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless xtraclasses, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
